The stay in the family suite was a delight, featuring two beautifully decorated bathrooms and extremely comfortable beds. The air conditioning units kept the room pleasant, and the location was surprisingly quiet despite being centrally located. Dining was exceptional, particularly the signature meats served at breakfast. the hotel should enhance its website with more detailed pictures of the suite, and I noticed a few minor issues with the decor that needed attention.

It was a smart choice for a weekend outing in London at a reasonable price. We were pleasantly surprised that one of our rooms was ready for us at 9:00 am, which made check-in so much easier. Just a heads up, they ask for a 50-pound deposit upon arrival.

the staff were super nice, like when ketty helped us check in, she was just divine! the rooms are clean n comfy, and the location is great for just wandering around. we really loved how close it was to hyde park for our morning jogs. breakfast was also nice, with some decent options and the vibe overall is chill.
the front desk person at check in was kinda unfriendly, n there was noise from the hallways that kept us up at night.

I had an amazing time with my friends! We visited Hyde Park and got to see the stunning Kensington Gardens. The location was ideal, just a short walk from the tube. The breakfast was tasty, and the staff were super friendly. Definitely a great spot for groups!
My only issue was that I ended up in a small room at first, which felt cramped. It took some time to get switched to a more comfortable one.

We had an awesome stay in a spacious family suite with two bathrooms and super comfy beds that let us sleep like babies. The kids loved the sauna and steam room. it was a nice way to relax after a day of sightseeing. Just a heads-up, the walk from the Tube was a bit longer than we anticipated, but totally worth it! 😊

Target audience families looking for comfort
We just completed an eight night stay here. The hotel was easy to find via public transportation, attractive, and very convenient for exploring the area. One notable experience was the breakfast, the lady managing it was exceptional, making sure everything was fresh and that customers felt welcomed with a smile. Oh, and the staff came through when I got turned around on my way to my course, they patiently pointed me in the right direction.
But let me be clear, it wasn't inexpensive.

Great little getaway!
We stayed here for 3 nights and loved it! The staff were super friendly and really made us feel welcome. The breakfast was surprisingly good, especially the healthy options. Our first room wasn't great, but they quickly switched us to a better one. The street was nice and quiet too. Just wish there was a minibar in the room.
